The place was clean and the owner appreciated my business. I didn't have to wait in line. The also have specials, and healthy choices on the menu. This place is in a nice courtyard with many other restaurants and self care businesses . The food taste like it looks and taste fresh. This is my second time eating here and i plan on coming here again. The food is also light and didn't make me feel uncomfortably full.
I recently dined at Hella Mediterranean in San Francisco, and I was really impressed. The food was fantastic—I had the chicken gyro platter and sutlac, and it was delicious. I also ordered some lavash bread on the side, which was the perfect addition. The atmosphere is cozy and beautifully decorated, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The owner, Ali, was incredibly nice and polite, which added a really personal touch to the experience. I'll definitely be coming back to Hella Mediterranean on my future visits to SF. We celebrated a friend’s birthday here with a group of 15 people, and everything we ordered was delicious. My daughter and her friend had the gyro bowl, and they loved it! The owners were very nice, and the service was great. We will definitely go there again!
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hella Mediterranean! The owners, Ali and his wife, provided outstanding customer service, making me feel very welcome. I ordered a Caesar salad and added salmon and tomato – it was absolutely amazing! To top off the meal, I highly recommend the Turkish tea as dessert. It’s perfect as a digestive, and the flavor is incredible. The terrace is beautiful, offering stunning views of Redwood City, which adds to the overall wonderful ambiance of the place. Highly recommended!
We (me and wife) went to this place over the weekend for lunch. It's a small eatery in Redwood City downtown close to the theatres and the staff were courteous and friendly. We ordered the Hella Veggie Plate and the Falafel plate. This was the best Mediterranean food I've had in the bay area. The food was delicious and the portion sizes didn't make me feel full and bloated. I will visit this place again for sure.
The foods amazing and fresh, and the service is really good too. We felt well taken care of and we left with a happy tummy.
A lovely spot run by friendly people. We were there an evening when they had more customers than expected due to the ICCA semifinals a few doors down. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly
